Welcome. My name is Shuhab Big. I’m an 18-year-old Australian and a passionate believer in the future of our country. On my website, you’ll find my writing, including my new book on Australia’s economic direction, as well as draft policy proposals and long-form ideas for national renewal. My goal is simple: to contribute to the debate and help shape a stronger, more confident Australia for the next generation.
Shuhab Big investigates and explains how Australia, once one of the strongest and most confident economies in the world, lost its way and how we can restore the values and policies that delivered the prosperity of the 2000s.
Big examines the failures of high taxes, government overreach, unsustainable migration settings, collapsing productivity, and political cowardice. Big exposes how elites, bureaucrats, and leftist ideological agendas weakened the economic model that once supported strong families, rising wages, affordable housing, and national unity.
Across seventeen chapters, Big outlines a complete agenda for conservative economic renewal. This includes rebuilding the middle class, fixing the housing crisis, reforming tax and spending, supporting small business, restoring national confidence, and bringing responsibility and reward for effort back into public policy.
With a focus on discipline, long-term nation-building, and the principles that made Australia strong, this book presents a blueprint for the Australia we can and must rebuild.
Scheduled for release on 3 March 2026, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Australia Act 1986 (Cth)
